p: 262-740-1880
www.brickstreetmarket.com
Brick Street Market, Inc. is the newest addition to a quaint main street and is located at Walworth Avenue and Main Street in Delavan. This woman-owned business is offering the finest in artisan and specialty cheeses and specialty foods that are complementary to cheese. Proprietor, Laura Jacobs-Welch shares her love of the finest full flavored cheeses with friends, family and loyal consumers in and around the Southern Lakes region of Walworth County. With the help of her daughters, Michelle Morgan and Brittany Welch, her team at Brick Street Market, Laura will introduce you to America's best cheeses through in-store sampling.
Enter Brick Street Market and you might feel like you've been transported to a lovely little French bistro. Laura carefully chose colors pulled from the southeast Wisconsin farm landscape that residents here are surrounded by: sage greens of ripening oats, gold tones of ripening wheat and corn tassels, and the blue ripple of lake waters. Black book cases are used for display shelves and pull form the black painted steel of an old Citizens Bank Vault, located in a dining space for those interested in a light lunch or "cheese-y" snack. One visitor to the store remarked, "I just want to sit in here!" Whether you choose to sit in, or take out, you'll want to do so with a sampling of our best cheese!

Tall Grass Farm
N6623 Lake Lorraine Rd, Delavan
p: 608-883-2025
www.mohairconnection.com
Nestled at the edge of the Kettle Moraine in Southeastern Wisconsin in the Town of Richmond, Tall Grass Farm is family owned and operated. On the original homestead portion of a 150 year old farm, we practice sustainable agriculture and work to be good stewards of the land and all creatures who live here. Living in harmony with the land, we raise pampered Angora goats who generously donate their lustrous fleece (mohair) to make the natural color mohair products that are our signature — “The Natural Blanket”; yarn for knitting, weaving and other fiber arts; roving for hand spinners; and quirky wearables. The bottom line is, we are just downright picky about what we produce and offer for sale.
Angora goats must be shorn every six months (the goats get a haircut and go back to the pasture — it doesn’t get any more renewable than that!) and in concert with shearing we host Fiber Jubilee — the first Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October. Jubilee, now in its fifteenth year, is your opportunity to experience a “down home” day on a working farm, see the goats being shorn, and buy cool stuff from other alternative agriculture producers we invite to participate. Just as we are picky about what we produce and sell, so we are picky about our participants.

Dietzler Farms

p: 262-642-7665
www.dietzlerbeef.com
Dietzler Farms is located in Elkhorn, on the edge of the Kettle Moraine State Forest. The land in this area is gently rolling and there are numerous spring-fed lakes in the area.
The mission of Dietzler Farms is to raise beef cattle that yield healthy, tender, flavorful meat.
To do that, eight years ago we started by purchasing breeding stock whose offspring would meet our criteria. Hereford cows are among the most docile of breeds and we were fortunate to begin with Herefords because they set the standard for good herd behavior and how we expect our cows to behave. No one wants to tend cows that are aggressive or dangerous. Gradually we introduced Angus bulls and Angus cows into our herd and today we have an outstanding herd of Angus influenced cows and some purebred Herefords.
