Brick Street Market, Inc. is the newest addition to a quaint main street and is located at Walworth Avenue and Main Street in Delavan. This woman-owned business is offering the finest in artisan and specialty cheeses and specialty foods that are complementary to cheese. Proprietor, Laura Jacobs-Welch shares her love of the finest full flavored cheeses with friends, family and loyal consumers in and around the Southern Lakes region of Walworth County. With the help of her daughters, Michelle Morgan and Brittany Welch, her team at Brick Street Market, Laura will introduce you to America's best cheeses through in-store sampling.
Enter Brick Street Market and you might feel like you've been transported to a lovely little French bistro. Laura carefully chose colors pulled from the southeast Wisconsin farm landscape that residents here are surrounded by: sage greens of ripening oats, gold tones of ripening wheat and corn tassels, and the blue ripple of lake waters. Black book cases are used for display shelves and pull form the black painted steel of an old Citizens Bank Vault, located in a dining space for those interested in a light lunch or "cheese-y" snack. One visitor to the store remarked, "I just want to sit in here!" Whether you choose to sit in, or take out, you'll want to do so with a sampling of our best cheese!
